Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the Yuva Bharat app or website.

By downloading or using the Yuva Bharat app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Yuva Bharat ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Yuva Bharat mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or accessing any part of our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
To use Yuva Bharat, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age.
- Be a resident of India or use the Service while in India.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not have been previously banned or suspended from using our Service.
Users under 18 should use the app with parental or guardian consent.
3. Account & Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately at our contact channels if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages is prohibited.
- You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Yuva Bharat solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, including:
- Reading current affairs and GK articles for exam preparation.
- Taking mock tests and tracking your performance.
- Browsing job listings, exam notifications, and scholarship information.
- Downloading study materials for personal study use.
- Viewing leaderboard rankings and your personal dashboard.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the app without permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app or our servers.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service.
- Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
- Share mock test questions externally to gain unfair advantages on the leaderboard.
- Attempt to manipulate your leaderboard ranking through fraudulent means.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on Yuva Bharat — including current affairs articles, mock test questions, study materials, images, logos, and app design — is owned by or licensed to Yuva Bharat and is protected by Indian copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
Content sourced from public government sources (exam notifications, official results, etc.) remains the property of the respective government authorities.
7. Mock Tests & Leaderboard
- Mock test scores are recorded for personal tracking and public leaderboard ranking.
- Your name and score will be visible to other users on the leaderboard. You consent to this by using the feature.
- We reserve the right to reset leaderboard rankings or disqualify users who engage in fraudulent activity.
- Test content is updated regularly; we do not guarantee exact overlap with any official examination.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you:
- Violate any of these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.
- Misuse the platform in a way that harms other users or the Service.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Yuva Bharat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of information sourced from government portals or third-party sources.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹0 (the Service is provided free of charge).
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
